JUICY





Good morning! I start today with a healthy nutritious juice! I have an apple and pear cut into pieces and placed in measuring cup, while I do some orange juice and 2 tablespoons yogurt, then some flax seeds and a pinch of cinnamon! And finished my super yummy autumn smoothie. Nice just start the day with a juice and a cup of green tea.
